WEEK 6: RELAX!

I hope you found your qualities and took some action to make them happen!

Another important thing to balance and positive our life is to RELAX!

How often do you take breaks during the day to simply be with yourself?

It's time to do it!
Especially when you get tired during the day, your body send you a signal that he needs a recharge, not only with food but with energy...

So, allow yourself some break during the day, more and more often...

Take some deep breath and relax your muscles;
Focus on how you feel and go within where you'll find your inner Peace.
If needed visualize a place that you like, a place where you feel good and relax.
and Breath in... Breath out few time in a relaxing position.

Here are some affirmations for the week:

- I am relax

- I take some breaks whenever I need some.

- I listen to my Body

- I let go of the tension in my body
