WEEK 5 : What about you?

I hope you enjoyed all the beauty that surround you last week!

This week we will focus more about ourselves!
Do you really know yourself?
Find all your qualities and write them on a paper.

Once you have your qualities or things that you enjoy doing, check if you are doing them enough in your life.

If you like to create; do you free enough time for yourself to do so?
If you like to dance, sing or play an instrument; Do you allow yourself to do it when you want?

We all have great qualities and it's time to live our life with them.
We are unique and we came to bring our talents to the community.

This week, express yourself with your talent; share it and allow you enough time to feel happy by doing what you like doing!.

Affirm:

- I am unique

- I like ... (feel by what you like) [I like singing]

- I express myself

- I am who I am

WEEK 4 : Admire mother Earth creations

I am grateful that you came back for this week positive life!

This week we will admire the beauty of mother nature.
It can be challenging in the frozen land were we live but there is always something to admire.

Look around you and admire the nature, birds, animals, plants...
Connect yourself to the energy of it, and enjoy it.

As we are living in a life of big buildings, plastic, pollution and stress, we tend to forget about mother nature and her beauty!
This week, admire what mother nature has to offer around you;
It can be a tree, a flower, a bird, the sky, a mountain, the ocean etc...

Think of things that you can do to protect our beautiful planet :
Use reusable bags; use handmade dishcloth instead of sponges, use eco friendly products.

Tune yourself in that beauty and feel in Peace.

Affirm:

-  I enjoy the beauty of the nature

- I feel the energy of all living things.

WEEK 3 : Being Grateful

Were you able to live in the now?
Didn't you realize that you were more productive and that the day was easier?

This week we will be Grateful!

At each start of the day or before going to bed find 5 things that you are grateful for.

It can be that is was a nice sunny day, a great meeting, even just a hug from your love one...

Just be Grateful.

After few days, feel what it brings you to be grateful!...

Gratitude brings positive energies...
Gratitude brings love
Gratitude brings peace

Affirm :

 - I am Grateful for ...

and repeat as many time as you want.

WEEK 2 : Living in the NOW.

I hope you had a nice first week and you were able to apply some of the affirmations?
Feel free to tell us in the comments below.

This week we will focus on Living in the NOW.

One of the main reason that we do not enjoy our life is because we are always thinking of a past even or a future one!
But we cannot do anything about it!
To enjoy your life, start to focus on the present moment;
Be totally involve in what you are doing and push away the thoughts about past or future.
Of course we have to plan some things ahead but it mustn't take all your day!.

Be conscious and present in everything you do this week.
and when you change, let go of the last task and focus on the new one!

This week affirmation:

- I am living in the NOW.

- I enjoy each moment of my life

- I focus on what I am doing.

- I am Now.

WEEK 1: Starting the New Year.

In this 1st day of 2013, do you have some resolutions?
Are you willing to change in order to change your life to a better life?
Good!
For this 1st week, I encourage you to LET GO!
Yes, let go!
Let go of all the things that doesn't serve you in your life.
Old habits, thoughts and personal belonging that you don't use anymore.


Start by thinking of your routine and see if there is anything you can change to feel better about it.
It can be changing the time that you go grocery shopping, or you time to go to bed and wake up etc...
Find one thing that you can change.

Now, observe your thoughts and refuse all negative thoughts and judgment;
They don't serve you for a happy positive life as you attract what you think!
So, try to change these thought in positive thoughts.
Affirm that you are happy and you feel great.

Allow 30 min to an hour this week to clean out a little space like your night table, your desk; your bathroom cupboard etc...
One at a time!
if you want to do more, do it!
Clearing up some space is very beneficial for your health.

You have all the week to work on it!
Take your time but each day, be positive and repeat some positive affirmations to help you.

Here are some affirmations that can help:

- I am willing to change

- I clear my life

- I think positive thoughts

- I am Happy
